Hybrid warfare? Unidentified drone flights over sensitive civilian infrastructure such as airports in Denmark, Poland, and Germany show that Europe is unprepared for this new form of warfare that dare not speak its name. So, can military means be used to combat a threat that is not really a threat, or has hybrid warfare given rise to dual-use equipment, which can be used for both civilian and military purposes?
