Description

Passionate about defence innovation, Lauraline draws on her civilian and military experiences to reduce the gap between needs, uses and solutions. Committed to the Army Operational Reserve, she joined the Army Technical Section (STAT). In the civil sector, Lauraline is the product manager at CERBAIR, a French reference in the fight against drones specialized in radio frequency signal processing. This dual experience, both civil and military, has allowed him to acquire a solid expertise in technological defence innovations, operational concepts and transformational issues.

Hybrid warfare? Unidentified drone flights over sensitive civilian infrastructure such as airports in Denmark, Poland, and Germany show that Europe is unprepared for this new form of warfare that dare not speak its name. So, can military means be used to combat a threat that is not really a threat, or has hybrid warfare given rise to dual-use equipment, which can be used for both civilian and military purposes?
